What is the delivery time?

As soon as your order is validated, our logistics team prepares your package with great care (excluding weekends and public holidays). Preparation and shipping time is 7 to 10 days, depending on the carrier's schedule.

How can I track my ESHOP package?

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Our team is doing everything possible to prepare your package as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's not possible to modify your order once it's been confirmed (delivery address or adding and removing products) because it's already being processed in our logistics center.
