What is the delivery time?
As soon as your order is validated, our logistics team prepares your package with great care (excluding weekends and public holidays). Preparation and shipping time is 7 to 10 days, depending on the carrier's schedule.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand (sales, Christmas, etc.), and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
How can I track my ESHOP package?
For all orders, you can track your order using the tracking number sent by email or in your customer account.
If the delivery time seems a bit long or the tracking information isn't updated, you can contact us at support@planet4shop.shop and our team will get back to you.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Our team is doing everything possible to prepare your package as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's not possible to modify your order once it's been confirmed (delivery address or adding and removing products) because it's already being processed in our logistics center.

What if a product arrives damaged or my package gets lost?
If a product is damaged upon delivery, we are truly sorry! Rest assured, our customer service team is available to find a solution with you by email at support@planet4shop.shop. You can also help us by describing the damaged products and sharing photos so we can track the shipment with the carrier.
