Not satisfied with your order?

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), personalized products (special orders, custom items, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or justification, to cancel or return your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
