Shipping and delivery
The delivery area covers Europe and international destinations. Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight/volume of the package and the destination country.
Orders are delivered by DHL EXPRESS, FEDEX, and UPS. Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday, directly to the address provided, upon signature.
If you are absent or unable to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating the date and address of the post office/collection point where the package can be picked up, upon presentation of identification. From the date indicated on the delivery notice, you have 7 to 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender.
Using the tracking number provided by email, you can track your package by logging into the carrier's website.
Express Delivery
This premium service guarantees fast delivery within one (1) business day of order shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order volume, and peak periods.
Free shipping is not offered with this shipping method. The corresponding fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and volume of the package.
Orders placed on weekends (from Friday after noon through Sunday) are processed starting the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Consequently, there may be an additional delay before shipment.
By selecting this service, the customer acknowledges choosing express shipping and accepts the associated additional fees.
How long does it take to prepare your order?
Once we receive your order, we prepare it within 3 to 4 business days. Once shipped, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days in USA.
For international orders (United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Switzerland, France etc.), the preparation time may vary between 4 and 7 business days, for non-bulky items only. Delivery is then estimated at 8 to 15 business days.

Where is my order?
You can track your package from your customer account as soon as your order is handed over to the postal service. You will also receive an email at the address you provided when placing your order, with a tracking link and tracking number to follow your package's progress every step of the way.
To track your order, log in to the carrier's website (link available in your order confirmation email) and enter your tracking number. This process is entirely self-service: we invite you to check your package's status directly via this link.
